What is your return window?
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
How do I start a return?
Email us at Honeyplumclothing@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you return instructions within 24 hours.
What condition do items need to be in?
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. Swimwear and intimates are final sale for hygiene reasons.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Can I exchange instead?
Yes! Just let us know what size or style you'd like instead when you email us and we'll set it up.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect — in that case, we cover it.
