Return Policy
We want you to love everything you order. If something isn't right, we've got you.
Return Window
- US orders: 30 days from the date of delivery
- International orders: 10 days from the date of delivery
How Refunds Work
- Orders over $100: You'll receive a full refund to your original payment method (credit card, debit card, or Afterpay). Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after we process it.
- Orders under $100: You'll receive store credit that never expires, so you can shop whenever you're ready. Store credit is issued within 2–3 business days of us receiving your return.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition with all tags attached
- Free of perfume, deodorant, makeup, or pet hair
- In the original packaging (if applicable)
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Swimwear
- Bodysuits
- Earrings and body jewelry
- Lingerie and intimates
- Gift cards
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
Return Shipping
- US returns: Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
- International returns: Return shipping costs and any customs fees are the customer's responsibility.
Exchanges
We don't do direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or color, simply return your item and place a new order. This is the fastest way to get the right piece in your hands!
Damaged or Wrong Item?
If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please email us at support@honeyplumclothing.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll make it right — no questions asked.
How to Start a Return
Email us at support@honeyplumclothing.com with the following information:
Full Name: (as it appears on your order)
Email Address: (the email you ordered with)
Order Number: (starts with #HP or found in your confirmation email)
Item(s) You'd Like to Return: (product name and size)
Reason for Return: (sizing issue, not as expected, changed mind, etc.)
We'll respond within 24–48 business hours with return instructions and your shipping label details.
