Return Policy
We hope you love your new purchase, but on the off chance that the sizing isn’t right or you’re not happy with your purchase, we are more then happy to offer you FREE returns if your order is over $100 for which we will provide a free return label. For all orders under $100, you are responsible for the shipping fee. Our policy for returned items is store credit. Once your return has been received back at our HQ and has been inspected by a member of our team, returns will then be issued via a code sent through email to then use at our checkout on future purchases until the entire amount has been used.
We have new styles landing weekly so there will always be something new for you to use your credit on!
Conditions of Returns:
- For USA returns, items must be returned to HoneyPlum Clothing within 14 days of your purchase arrival date in their original condition, unworn with tags still intact.
- For international returns, items must be returned within 10 days of your purchase arrival date.
- All earrings, swimwear, bodysuits, and lingerie are final sale as these items cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
- For all eligible returns the cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and non-refundable. We recommend using trackable postage, as any returns lost in transit or not received by us will not be issued a return.
- Please fill out the form below to request a return with your name, order number, and reason for return. We will then provide you with the return address.
- If items are received by HoneyPlum clothing and have signs of wear, makeup, missing or unattached tags, signs of being washed, deodorant, odors, etc., they will be returned to the sender and a return will not be issued.
